Delivery and Shipping

Delivery costs are calculated at check out. Costs are determined by the destination and weight of order. All prints are signed, numbered, wrapped in white acid-free tissue paper and packaged in a reinforced cardboard ‘do not bend’ envelope. Please get in touch if you have any issues on receipt as I will be able to track the order.

All UK prints are posted by Royal Mail First Class. All International prints are posted by Royal Mail using a trackable service.

Payment

Payment is handled through my Squarespace website via Stripe. You do not need a Stripe account you simply check out using your credit or debit card. Apple Pay is accepted.

Returns and Refunds

My returns policy lasts 30 days. Please contact me immediately if you have any issues with the purchase. Unfortunately, after 30 days I cannot offer you a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for returns of unwanted goods, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Or, if the product is damaged or in a poor condition from transit, please get in touch explaining the issue. In either case, please send me a digital photo of the parcel and print, along with your name, order number and date of purchase and state if you would like a replacement or a refund. I will email you the address to send the return.

Once your return is received and in accordance with the terms above, I will send you an email to let you know I have your returned item and your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note the delivery company is only responsible for the delivery on the parcel in transit, so if the print was damaged after it is delivered to a safe space or a neighbour then this is no longer covered by their insurance policy and I will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

Refunds and returns only apply to prints, not to original drawings or commissions.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or guaranteed next day delivery service. This will ensure that I receive your returned item.

If you are returning an undamaged print because you are unsatisfied with the product, I cannot then refund you if the product arrives back with me damaged. In this case you would have to try and claim back the cost of print from the postal service you use. For this reason I strongly advice that you use guaranteed next day delivery service when returning products.

Originals, Commissions & Photography

Please get in touch if you are interested in purchasing any of the original drawings. Subject to availability I can give you prices for the pieces you are interested in and we can discuss the best shipping and payment method.

If you are interested in commissioning a bespoke drawing then please email me at frankierawdonwood@gmail.com with a photo of the building(s) and/or landscape(s) you have in mind and an approximate idea of the size you would like.

Once I have this information I will be able to send over an estimated price for the artwork and we can discuss a timeframe. Before I start work on the piece a non-refundable deposit will be charged, and the final payment will be paid on completion of the commission.

If you would like to purchase any of my photographs, please let me know the size and format in which you would like them in. All photographs will be printed using an online printing service therefore cost and delivery will depend on the time to produce. Please contact me if you have any further questions.
